1. Website Use

By accessing this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. All content, images, portfolio case studies, trademarks, and layouts displayed on this site are the property of Red5 Creative and protected by applicable copyright laws.

2. Project Proposals & Quotes

Indicative pricing and starting investment figures displayed on this website are guidelines in Australian Dollars (AUD). Binding project commitments, payment schedules, and deliverable scopes are governed exclusively by signed Statements of Work or written quotes agreed prior to commencement.

3. Revisions & Scope Management

Unless specified otherwise in a project agreement, creative concepts include two rounds of consolidated revisions at the relevant stage. Additions or structural changes beyond the agreed brief are quoted and approved prior to undertaking work.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, full intellectual property and commercial usage rights for approved final deliverables are assigned to the client. Preliminary concepts, rejected directions and exploratory stylescapes remain the property of Red5 Creative.
